Return Process

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all RIHOAS tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
